What information should I have ready before ordering?
We endeavor to ensure that ordering with us is an easy and fun process! Our recommendation is to order directly online, as you can go at your own pace and ensure firsthand that all the order information is entered correctly and to your satisfaction. We have a team of dedicated people who would be happy to talk to you directly and assist you with placing your order over the phone. Before ordering, you’ll need to have the recipient’s full name, a complete address and phone number ready for where you’re sending your order to. It is also strongly encouraged to decide beforehand what you’d like to write on the card message. Last but not least, we also require the billing information linked to the payment method you will be providing.
What payment options do you accept?
Our accepted forms of payment are Visa, Debit Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
How much do your delivery or service fees cost?
There is a standard delivery charge that will be applied to each order. In addition to that, any deliveries out of our standard delivery will include an upgraded fee (to be determined at checkout).
Can I change my order after I’ve placed it?
Unfortunately, you cannot alter your order after it has been placed. However, if you need to make a return, take a look at our returns page for more info.
Does your store offer refunds?
Yes, C & L Boutique will offer refunds if a product meets the proper condition for return. Essentially, the product must be in the same condition that it was sent in in order to be accepted for a full refund.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, after you have fully submitted your order we will not be able to cancel it. However, you may reference our returns page on how to return an item.
What if I receive a defective or damaged item?
Our product selection at the moment is quite small and being taken care of with extreme care – however, if you receive a damaged item please contact us immediately and we will help resolve this issue!
